Our team at your service
Our team consists of experienced Lean professionals who have hands-on experience in development work and coaching, both on the shop floor and in office environments. We operate across all industries, and collectively, our team has over 150 years of experience in improving work and processes.
We are united by the belief that work should flow smoothly, delivering value to customers while reducing the burden on employees. Change is always made together, and our goal is to help organizations continue developing even after we have left.

Timo has worked as a development engineer, quality manager, team leader, and coach, building Lean-based management and operating models that simplify daily work and solve complex challenges in a people-centered way.
At Lean Habit, Timo helps clients create structures that support strategy execution, improve flow efficiency, and enable continuous improvement.

Janne Eskola
Lean coach, analyst
Janne is a data expert who combines the skills of a Lean consultant and a data scientist in one package. He has worked for nearly ten years as an internal development consultant for companies, with around five of those years focused on Lean.
Janne’s strength lies in identifying and reconciling different stakeholders’ views of operations into a single, systemic picture. By leveraging data and system mapping, bottlenecks can be revealed, target levels identified in critical stages, and development efforts directed to achieve them.
He believes that inefficient work frustrates everyone in an organization. When everyone knows what is expected of them, work becomes both more effective and lighter.
In his free time, Janne enjoys a variety of activities and can be found on a climbing wall, on the dance floor, at an emotional intelligence retreat, or organizing an expressive arts camp.

Maija Holopainen
Lean coach
Maija is a Lean expert with over 15 years of experience. Her expertise spans from shop floor operations to executive leadership, covering everything in between, giving her practical knowledge across industries.
Her special strengths lie in engaging employees in development, improving workplace culture, and simultaneously enhancing key business metrics in a sustainable way. At the same time, customers receive their products or services faster and with higher quality.
Maija is passionate about making companies better workplaces for employees, delivering higher quality to customers, and helping businesses succeed.
In her free time, Maija enjoys spending time with family and loved ones, traveling, and exploring nature. Above all, she is a mother first, and an entrepreneur second.

Markus Stenman
Analyst
