Lean Business is a four-phase project in which the selected core team receives basic and advanced Lean training. Participants map the current state of the process, prioritize problems and development areas, and pilot selected improvements in practice. Finally, the process is standardized, and a model and responsibilities for further development are established.

Each project has a clearly defined measurable goal. At the end of the project, key issues affecting the chosen goal are resolved, and a new process model is defined and tested for practical use.

Lean Business provides broad understanding through an example process and enables applying Lean methods in other processes and areas. Trained participants are able to use systematic problem-solving methods and support the creation of a continuous improvement culture.

You will have an experienced team familiar with your industry.

In what situations would this service bring added value to your team?

The sales or marketing process is too slow.

Marketing communications cannot respond quickly enough to business needs. Customers wait too long for proposals and may order from competitors.

Billing delays cause problems for cash flow.

Unclear processes along the way make billing automation difficult and create delays in financial operations.
