Lean Habit Game Day makes flow efficiency and Lean principles visible in a fun and engaging way.

The day is suitable for the entire staff and provides an opportunity to practice improvement through low-threshold exercises. Teams work in a simulated “paper boat factory,” aiming to improve production capacity and reduce lead time step by step.

The gamified format sparks insights, strengthens collaboration, and demonstrates concretely how small changes can impact the overall process flow.

The day is guided by two experienced Lean Habit coaches who show how the learnings and observations connect to participants’ own work.

In what situations would this service bring added value to your team?

“Staff need insights and a shared direction.”

Development feels distant, and principles are not understood in daily work. A game day demonstrates the benefits of flow efficiency in practice, strengthens collaboration, and sparks ideas on how to improve one’s own work.
